Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 teaspoon truffle oil

Steps

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.
  • Clean potatoes under water. Cut in half lengthwise, then flip cut side down and cut in half again. Then, cut quarters in half creating 4 wedges per half potato.
  • In a bowl, combine potatoes with oil and all seasonings. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness, until done.
  • Remove from basket and top with parmesan cheese and truffle oil.
