Ingredients
1 lb 1 Chicken Breast, boneless skinless
1 tsp 1 olive oil
1 tbsp 1 seasoning salt
4 oz 4 fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup 1/4 buffalo sauce, Recommend Franks
4 tsp 4 butter
8 slices 8 Protein Rich Bread, Recommend Stonemill
1 cup 1 light mozzarella cheese, shredded
Steps
- If you have to make chicken, Preheat air fryer to 375°F or oven to 400°F.
- Coat chicken breast with oil and season with seasoning salt. Place in air fryer or oven and cook to 165°F internal temp, flipping halfway through. Air fryer 15-20 minutes, oven 20-25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool to handling temperature.
- Shred chicken with forks and place into a bowl along with cream cheese and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat a large pan over medium-low heat and melt 1 tsp butter. Place down 1 slice of bread, 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese, 1/4 of your chicken mix, another 2 tbsp of mozzarella and place another slice of bread on top. Cook until brown and flip.
- Remove from pan when both sides are desired browness and enjoy this one!
