High Protein Chicken Alfredo Meatballs. C’mon people! I don’t know how I’m gonna beat this!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound 454g Ground Chicken (Or Turkey)

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 Onion Powder

  • 1 Garlic Powder

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 55 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 5 grams Olive Oil

  • 6 Garlic minced

  • 1 Chicken Stock

  • 1 + 1/4 Cup 2% Milk

  • 1 Corn Starch

Steps

  • In a Bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and 10g (about 1/4) of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix to combine.
  • Wet hands and form into 12 balls. Place in air fryer basket.
  • Cook in Air fryer at 400 degree F for 8-10 minutes or until cooked to 165 internal temp.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large pan with oil over medium heat.
  • Add in garlic, stirring continuously until it gets some colour, about 30 seconds.
  • Add in Chicken stock and 1 cup of milk, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and turn to low, simmering for 10 minutes.
  • Combine 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch, which to combine and add to sauce. Stir continuously until it begins to thicken, about 2 minutes.
  • Add in remaining Parmesan cheese, stirring until it’s all melted into the sauce.
  • Add in our cooked meatballs into the sauce, toss to cover meatballs and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes to let the flavours get to know once another.
  • Remove and serve 4 meatball per serving.
