  • 1 cup 1 almond flour

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 vanilla whey protein powder

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cashew butter, slightly melted

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 brown sugar replacement, I use swerve

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp 1 vanilla

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 mini chocolate chips

  • 4 cups 4 greek yogurt

  • 4 4 scoops vanilla whey protein


  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, 1/2 cup whey protein, melted cashew butter, brown sugar replacement, 1/4 cup yogurt, vanilla and mini chocolate chips. Mix to combine. You can use a splash of almond milk if it’s too thick.
  • Divide cookie dough into 8 servings.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt and whey protein.
  • To assemble, spoon 1/4 cup of your yogurt mix into a fancy mason jar, split 1 serving of cookie dough mix in half and tear into bite sized pieces and place on top of the yogurt, spoon another 1/4 cup yogurt protein mix and top with the rest of your cookie dough.
