Egg, Cheese and Turkey Bacon Quesadilla

An easy and quick breakfast quesadilla packed with egg, cheese and bacon will ensure you never skip breakfast again.

  • 1 flour tortilla

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 ham or turkey bacon

  • 1⁄8 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • Salt to taste


  • In a bowl, crack, and whisk eggs with a pinch of salt. Shred the cheese.
  • In a pan over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until desired texture is reached.Remove from pan onto a cutting board and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • In the same pan over low heat, cook scrambled eggs, moving continuously until cooked through. Remove from pan.
  • Wipe out the pan and turn heat to medium-high, add in the flour tortilla.
  • Add half your cheese to half the tortilla, then eggs, bacon, and the remainder of your cheese. Fold tortilla shut pressing down to ensure good contact.
  • Flip after 60 seconds, or once a golden crust starts to form and cook the other side for 60 seconds.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
