Ingredients
1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 all-purpose flour
1/2 cup 1/2 vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup 1/2 zero calorie sweetener
1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 mashed overripe bananas, about 3 large bananas
2 large 2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp 1 baking powder
1/4 tsp 1/4 salt
1/4 cup 1/4 plain 2% greek yogurt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×5 loaf pan to grease.
- In a bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt and zero calorie sweetener until well combines. Stir in your eggs and mashed bananas until well mixed.
- Add your banana mixture to your flour mixture and once again, stir until well combined.
- Once mixed, pour your batter into the prepared loaf pan. Toss it into the oven and cook until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, about 60 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes and remove from the pan and allow to cool on a wire rack until fully cooked.
- Cut, serve and enjoy this one!
