  • 1 lb 1 chicken boneless chicken breast, cut into 4 thick 1” nuggets

  • 1/8 cup 1/8 flour

  • 1 tsp 1 salt

  • 1 tsp 1 garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 chilli powder

  • 1 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 tsp 1 water

  • .5 cup .5 panko

  • Olive Oil Spray

  • 1 cups 1 Protein Pancake Mix

  • 3/4 cups 3/4 water

  • 4 tsp 4 maple syrup


  • Preheat air fryer to 425°F.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, salt, garlic powder and chilli powder. In another bowl, beat egg and water and in a final bowl, add panko.
  • Bread chicken by placing in flour, then egg then panko. Place in air fryer and repeat until all the chicken is done. Spritz with olive oil and cook until done, 7-8 minutes or 165°F internal temp. Remove and set aside.
  • While that cooks, in a bowl combine protein pancake mix, and water. Mix to combine and make 2 waffles in waffle maker.
  • To assemble, add one waffle, then chicken, 1 tsp maple syrup and a waffle topper.
  • Enjoy this one!
