Ingredients
1 cup 1 pumpkin puree
1/4 cup 1/4 light cream cheese
2 tbsp 2 zero calorie sweetener
1 tsp 1 vanilla extract
1 tsp 1 cinnamon
1/2 tsp 1/2 pumpkin spice seasoning
Pinch Salt
40 40 Wonton Wrapper
1 1 egg white
1 tsp 1 water
Zero Calorie Icing Sugar, for topping (optional)
Steps
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F
- In a bowl combine pumpkin puree, fat free cream cheese, zero calorie sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pumpkin pie season and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg white and water.
- Lay down 1 wonton wrapper and fill with 1 tsp of pumpkin pie filling. Brush the edges of wonton wrapper, fold over to close and pinch to seal. Repeat until all pumpkin filling mix is used.
- Place in air fryer basket and spray with olive oil spray. Bake for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove, top with zero calorie icing sugar and enjoy this one.
