This tuna and chickpea salad is a great vegetarian option if you’re looking for something light.

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna (drained)

  • 15 ounces can chickpeas (drained)

  • 12 cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)

  • 1⁄4 cucumber (diced)

  • 1⁄4 cup red onion (diced)

  • 1⁄4 cup feta cheese

  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon non-fat greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  • Flake Tuna and combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix to combine.
