Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches (peeled and thinly sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar replacement

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon corn starch

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1⁄4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1⁄4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1⁄4 cup sugar replacement

  • of salt

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled slightly)

Steps

  • In a bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar replacement, corn starch, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until peaches are well coated and no powder remains.
  • In an another bowl, combine flour, protein powder, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until well combined and then pour in butter stirring continuously. Mix until flour has been well combined and large chunks form.
  • Divide peaches into 4 oven safe ramekins. Top evenly with butter flour mixture by dividing into 4.
  • Preheat air fryer to 325°F and place ramekins inside. Cook for 20 minutes or until topping starts to brown and crisp up.
  • Remove and serve with option zero sugar whipped cream.
