Take your breakfast pizza to another level with this bacon and egg naan pizza. Packed with protein from the mozzarella cheese, light ricotta and topped with and egg.

Ingredients

  • 1 naan

  • 3 strips bacon

  • 1⁄4 cup light ricotta

  • 1⁄2 garlic clove (minced)

  • 1⁄2 cup shredded mozzarella

  • chili flakes

  • 1 tablespoon pecorino romano

  • 1 large egg

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Place bacon on a rimmed baking sheet.Bake for 7-10 minutes, flip, and bake until crispy. Once done, chop into chunks.
  • In a bowl, combine Ricotta, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  • Lay down mozzarella cheese evenly on the naan bread.
  • Add the chopped bacon on top of the cheese.
  • Dollop the ricotta mixture all over the naan bread.
  • Sprinkle on Romano cheese and red pepper flakes.
  • Crack an egg into the middle and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is golden and the egg is set.
  • Remove from the oven, cut into slices,top with fresh basil, and serve.
