Ingredients

  • 3 boneless loin chop, 1” thick

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tsp olive oil

Steps

  • Pat pork chops dry and coat in olive oil
  • In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Coat both sides of your pork chop.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F and place pork chops in a single layer. Cook, flipping halfway through until internal temp is 145°F, about 10 minutes total.
  • Let chop rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
