Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1⁄2 cup panko bread crumbs
1⁄4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1⁄2 red onion (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
2 tablespoons fresh mint (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon dry oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Steps
- Preheat Oven to 400°F.
- Combine all your meatball ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
- Weight the mixture and divide by 20 to measure each meatball accurately.
- Lubricate your hands using some olive oil and form balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, watching to ensure they don’t overcook.
- Remove meatballs when cooked through. Allow to cool.
- Divide meatballs into 4, 5 meatball servings.
