Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup of sugar replacement

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp dutch cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup chocolate whey protein

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8” square pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter in a large sauce pan. Remove before it turns brown and dissolve sugar replacement. Stir in eggs, and vanilla. Beat in cacao, flour, protein powder, salt and baking powder until no longer lumpy.
  • Spread mixture in prepared pan and. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the pan. Remove and allow to cook for at least 30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
