Ingredients

  • 2 large 2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/4” thick strips

  • 1 tsp 1 olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp 1 olive oil

  • 1 large 1 green bell pepper, seeds removed and sliced

  • 1 large 1 red bell pepper, seeds removed and sliced

  • 1/2 medium 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

  • 1.5 lbs 1.5 flank steak, place in freezer for 15 minutes before cooking

  • 4 slices 4 provolone cheese

Steps

  • Scrub potatoes clean under cold water and cut into 1/4” thick strips. Rinse in cold water and dry thoroughly.
  • Add fries into a bowl and coat with oil. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Place in a preheated 390°F air fryer for 10 minutes, shake and flip and finish cooking for 7-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Heat a large pan over medium low heat and add oil. Add peppers and onion and allow to cook until very tender.
  • While that’s cooking, thinly slice your flank steak and then chop into very small pieces.
  • Once veggies are tender, remove from pan. Add in steak, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until it starts to take on colour. Do not over cook it.
  • Drain off any excess juices and add veggies back into the pan. One last taste for seasoning and top with provolone cheese to melt.
  • Remove from heat and place on top of fries and serve. Enjoy!
