Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 fat free greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop 1 vanilla whey protein

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp 1 fat free cream cheese

  • 1 tsp 1 maple syrup

  • 1 tsp 1 vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 pumpkin spice seasoning

  • 1 1 graham cracker

Steps

  • In a bowl, combine fat free cream cheese, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice seasoning.
  • In another bowl, combine yogurt and vanilla whey protein.
  • To build yogurt bowl, add 1/2 of the yogurt mix, then 2/3 of the pumpkin mix, followed by the other half of the yogurt and then the rest of the pumpkin puree.
  • Top with a crumbled graham cracker and a little sprinkling of cinnamon. Enjoy!
