Vegetables and shrimp, cooked in a psicy sauce, served on top of ramen noodles. Quick, easy, delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 pack ramen noodles

  • 2 chopped vegetables (of choice)

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 5 shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

Steps

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, and Sriracha.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook vegetables until tender. Add garlic, cook until fragrant.
  • Boil ramen noodles until slightly softened and just start to pull apart.
  • Add noodles to vegetables once softened.
  • Add sauce and cook for 60 seconds, mixing continuously until everything is well combined.
  • Top with chopped green onions.
